Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) indicate the energy efficiency of a building, providing a rating from A to G, with A representing the highest efficiency and G the lowest.

A higher rating reflects a more energy-efficient property, typically resulting in lower fuel costs for occupants.

After carrying out a home survey (approximately 1 hour), the EPC will make recommendations for home improvements that will help reduce your running costs and your home's impact on the environment, e.g., switching to more energy-efficient lightbulbs.
